The Family all lives in the Monterey Bay area in California and between all of us, we spend three to four months a year on the Big Island, Hawaii. We purchased our Kanaloa condo  in 1994 and have been enjoying it every day since then, it is an amazing property.   The most recent remodel was completed in early 2017.

Everyone in the Family helps manage the property.  We have four children, four grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.  With just under 1,850 square feet, the condo works out great. Also, being oceanfront does help!

Our condo overlooks the ocean and a pool. There are two other pools available, with one for adults only. There are also tennis courts available. There is also 24 hour gated security. It is a short walk to shopping and to Keauhou Bay. There are so many things to discover on the Big Island — the possibilities are endless!
